A
new retail and office project
was built at an emerging 100-percent
retail corner on the western
edge of downtown. Designed with
input from the Old West Austin
Neighborhood Association and
in compliance with City of Austin
Smart Growth initiatives, decisions
about issues including parking,
density, and tenant mix were
driven by the owners intention
to hold the property long-term.
Retail was placed on the ground
level, with storefronts facing
the street and the parking court.
Offices are on the second level,
with direct access to the parking
structure, while a spa and gym
fills the third level.
