The Whitestones Townhouses, recently built just west of the University of Texas Campus in Austin, were planned in the spirit of the traditional urban townhouse. Raised above and set back slightly from the street, the 3- story townhouses include offset porches, native limestone exteriors, clay tile roofs, copper fixtures and awnings. Parking is provided via a mid-block motor court. The project required a re-subdivision and homeowner’s association, zoning overlay, variances for density, coordination of below-grade storm water detention, broker event planning, and website maintenance.
